Upstairs (Suitable for 100 max - takes into account furniture set up). Photography equipment available upon request for extra cost. We are committed to supporting up and coming arts and community initiatives, charges may vary depending on the initiative. We'll endeavor to confirm your booking by email within 48 hours. Facilities information. *Noise interference: The BFT Papatoetoe Gym, located on the first floor of our building, provide scheduled classes for their members, where noise from the classes may impact your booking. Typical class times are (all classes are 1 hour long): Monday to Friday - 4.45am, 5.45am, 9.30-10.30am, 12.30-1.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm Saturdays - 6am, 7.15am, 8.30am Sundays - No Classes When booking/requesting a quote, please take into consideration your pack-in and pack-out times for your event and add the total timing in for this accordingly. There is an $80 cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the booking.
