The Garage (suitable for 190 standing, 150 sitting. Has lounge area and table/chairs space). Can be used for making workshops, screenings and larger sized events. The Garage can be accessed through the roller door where the carpark is where a gazebo can be erected if required. We are committed to supporting up and coming arts and community initiatives, charges may vary depending on the initiative. We'll endeavor to confirm your booking by email within 48 hours. Please take note: *Noise interference: The BFT Papatoetoe Gym, located on the second floor of our building, provide scheduled classes for their members, where noise from the classes may impact your booking. Typical class times are (all classes are 1 hour long): Monday to Friday - 4.45am, 5.45am, 9.30-10.30am, 12.30-1.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm Saturdays - 6am, 7.15am, 8.30am Sundays - No Classes When requesting a quote please be mindful of pack-in and pack-out times for your event and add the total timing in for this accordingly. Also, there is an $80 cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the booking.
